As a Registered Nurse, you provide skilled nursing care to patients and are responsible for the total nursing care of any assigned patients in their homes. To qualify as a Registered Nurse, you must possess a valid RN license in the State of Florida and have one year related experience in the last five years. Licensed Practical Nurse As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. To qualify as a Licensed Practical Nurse, you must possess a valid LPN license in the State of Florida and have one year related experience in the last five years.
Physical Therapist As a Physical Therapist, you provide professional physical therapy services to patients as prescribed by physician in their homes. To qualify as a Physical Therapist, you must possess a valid PT license in the State of Florida, Baccalaureate degree in physical therapy and have one year related experience in the last five years. Occupational Therapist As an Occupational Therapist, you provide professional occupational therapy services to patients as prescribed by physician in their homes.
