Bridgeport Home Health Care provides home health care to individuals in the comfort of their home.  Our purpose is to deliver services that assist individuals in reaching their optimal level of health and independence.  Our staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to coordinate care and instruct families on how to function as caregivers.  All personnel are bonded and insured. Bridgeport Home Health Care coordinates home health care for physicians, hospitals, managed care organizations and patients of all ages.  The company is Medicare Certified and licensed by the state of Florida.  Services include skilled intermittent home health care on a per hour or per visit basis.  Care is provided by Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Occupational, Speech and Physical Therapists, Medical Social Workers and Home Health Aides.  Homemaker and companion services are also available on an hourly basis for short or long term intervals. Currently we have one office in Naples, opening in Ft. Myers soon, and plans to grow along the Gulf coast.  We provide care for patients from the Medicare program, private pay, Veterans Administration, Worker's Compensation Program, private insurance HMO's, PPO's, and other managed care organizations.  We also can assist with staffing Hospitals, Nursing Homes and Assisted Living facilities.
